Since my cat Robert has been on this formula, he has not had a urinary tract issue. Both the dry and canned food work well for him and he has never had upset stomach from this. 10/10 in my books

Driver came to make delivery 1 week after placing order. When the driver went in the van to get the cat food he indicated the warehouse did not pack the cat food. So I have to wait one week again. It is fortunate I have some existing food because if I were relying on Vemco then the cat would starve. Not even an apology.

This is an update to my previous review for the customer service. The driver returned on the following Tuesday with the food. He came a few days earlier than he indicated when he initially came without the food. So wanted to provide an update that the food was delivered and update the rating.
