PURINA EXPRESS RETURNS POLICY
DAMAGES – Damages are taken back and 100% is reimbursed to customer. These should be returned immediately with the delivery driver and a short note written on the invoice. Alternatively, returns of damaged product within a 2-week period from date of delivery will be accepted and product will be credited based on the purchase price.
UNOPENED ITEMS IN NEW CONDITION– will be accepted if returned within 14 days and customer will receive full refund.
INFESTATION– is reimbursed 100% (once purchased within a 1-month period) Product must be dumped and accompanied with photo for proof of infestation- with expiry and batch number
